With our new Exchange process, you can purchase any other item from our website that you wish to. All you need to do is log your exchange on our return portal. We cannot reimburse return shipping costs if items have been returned without contacting us first. You can of course use your own method to return items to us and you are in no way obligated to use our subsidized Royal Mail service.

If your tracking states this has been delivered back to us, then the likelihood is we have received your return parcel. Once we have received your return parcel back in our warehouse, please allow us up to 2 - 3 working days to open and process your return.
